Don’t miss Wild Fruit & Nut Jam October 6! Experience the sights, tastes and smells of Wild Fruit and Nut Jam! Visit the UNL Kimmel Education & Research Center in Nebraska City from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 6. A variety of Nebraska vendors will be at the event selling baked goods, jams, jellies, nuts, candy, vegetables, decorative woody florals, jewelry, handmade wood furniture, high-quality turned wood items and much more! Children can participate in hands-on craft activities, while adults can enjoy one of several hourly educational demonstrations scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wood turners and other skilled artisans will also be sharing their talents throughout the day. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
