Singer, guitarist, producer and composer, John pizzarelli has been hailed as
one of the most accomplished interpreters of the Great American Songbook. He
has recorded nearly 40 albums, solo and in collaboration with other performers.
pizzarelli is known for taking classic jazz tunes and making them his own. One
example is a highly regarded album featuring pizzarelli’s versions of some of
nat “King” Cole’s most famous songs. Pizzarelli has also been recognized for his engaging personality and rapport with audiences.
The UNL Concert Choir and All-Collegiate Choir will join with the First-Plymouth Chorale to present this magnificant musical offering by Maurice Duruflé.
