Third and final night of a remembrance of the ongoing ordeal caused by Hurricane Katrina. The final event for the month, the third "act," features a presentation on Hurricane Katrina and electoral politics, a panel and community discussion on volunteering, and the music of Executive Steel, a band from New Orleans.
