Description:	On Monday, February 25th, the Department of Food Science and Technology seminar will be presented by Paul E. Read, Professor of Horticulture/Viticulture in the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture. Dr. Read's presentations will be "Building a Nebraska Wine Industry: Grapes and Viticulture Research". As always, this seminar will be conducted in Filley Hall Room 42 at 4 pm. All are welcome to attend.
