Women in Agriculture: Pocketing ‘Change’ for Posterity”, a daylong conference scheduled for Friday, February 29 in Sidney, is designed to help farm women improve farm management skills and assume more responsibility in family farm operations. Session topics throughout the day will include “What Nebraskans Need to Know about Ground Water”, “Following the Road to Financial Security,” and “Landscapes: A Place for Native Plants.” The day’s topics will also include a session on Extension Educator Rob Eirich’s visit to Kenya, Africa.
