| Description: | The Department of Food Science and Technology will have two speakers at our weekly seminar this coming Monday, the 10th. Dr. A. B. Singh comes to us from the Institute of Genomics and Interactive Biology in New Dehli, India and will be presenting "Food Allergy: The Indian Scenario". Dr. Vasanthi Siruguri is from the National Institute of Nutrition in Hyderabad, India and will be presenting "Guidelines for the Safety Assessment of Genetically Modified Foods in India" As always, the weekly seminar will be given in Food Industry Complex Room 42 at 4 pm. All are welcome to attend. |
