| Description: | A special event for graduating doctoral students in which they receive their doctoral hoods and diplomas. Open to the public. Guest speaker will be Professor Azzeddine Azzam, recently honored for his dedication to graduate education and commitment to mentoring graduate students with a 2008 Excellence in Graduate Education award. Reception follows at Van Brunt Visitors Center. Additional Public Info: Parking available at Q St. garage, 12th & Q. Doctoral students and their hooders should check in by 2:45 in Westbrook Music Bldg. |
