High school cellists, grades 9-12, along with college age cellists will work with guest artist Bonnie Hampton, Karen Becker, Associate Professor of Cello at UNL, and Chiara String Quartet cellist Gregory Beaver. Students will participate in workshops, warm-ups and tone class, and a masterclass given by Bonnie Hampton. The day will end with an evening concert highlighting the Cellobration Cello Choir, performances by Bonnie Hampton and Karen Becker, and the Chiara String Quartet, with Chiara cellist Greg Beaver and Bonnie Hampton playing the Schubert C Major Quintet.
