| Description: | Wellness Profiles are offered at the UHC lab and can be performed without referral from a medical provider. The profiles includes total cholesterol (both LDL and HDL), triglycerides, hemoglobin, and glucose. For the most accurate results, it is recommended you fast for 12 hours prior to having the test done. Cost for the Wellness Profile for faculty/staff is $20.
