This workshop is for anyone who not only wants to communicate better with people, but wants to get along better with them as well! Ever wonder why it's so difficult to talk to some people? Or understand them? Have them understand you? We each need to build mutually beneficial relationships with each other: our bosses, our followers, our colleagues, our clients, our vendors, and our competitors (to name a few!). This workshop explores how to identify the things we have in common with others as well as how we differ from them, as well as why – and how to - appreciate those differences! It then explores how to leverage both - for mutual success – collectively and individually. You will... *Discover your personality temperament and how you can use that to be more successful in all aspects of your life - professional and personal. *Determine the temperaments of those in your office (and your life!), and how to use that knowledge to create and maintain quality relationships and communicate more effectively with those in your sphere of influence. *Explore how temperament impacts all aspects of your life: how you handle problems, make decisions, get organized, lead others (or follow), build teams, communicate… *Determine how to use your knowledge and application of temperament to create value for yourself, your team and your organization - and to help them add value to you.
