You probably heard about the Health Risk Assessment last fall but did anyone participate? What were the results? Find out how UNL compares to the state of Nebraska in a variety of areas as well as what's happening on campus with regard to wellness programming. You'll also learn some simple program ideas to help your office become more well.
What’s the best way to get in shape? What’s available on campus to help me meet my wellness goals? How well am I? What’s the difference between being healthy & being well?
These and other questions will be answered during this month’s educational session. After this session participants will be able to:
Identify the difference between health and wellness.
Create a wellness profile and set a plan of action for the future.
Locate wellness opportunities on campus for themselves and others in their office.
Learn the names of at least two people they didn’t already know and the department where they work.
