"Single amino acid change in central domain of Vesicular stomatitis virus nucleocapsid protein abrogates its replication function", Debasis Nayak, PhD Candidate, Department of Veterinary & Biomedical Sciences, UNL.
Host: Dr. Fernando Osorio
An intermedia artist and Professor of Art at Arizona State University, Dan is an artist whose work takes many forms including sculpture, video and installation and often utilizes digital technologies to incorporate scaling operations, proportional shifts, eccentric vantage points, morphing processes and 3-D montage. His work investigates the gap between the virtual space of the computer and the tangible, body-felt reality of sculptural objects. He has a long record of working collaboratively with other artists as well as computer scientists and engineers.
