His passionate artistry, energetic stage presence, and astonishing virtuosity have propelled Stefon Harris into the forefront of the current jazz scene. Heralded as "one of the most important young artists in jazz" by the Los Angeles Times, Harris is committed to exploring the rich potential of jazz composition and blazing new trails on the vibraphone. This performance will feature works from Harris' CD, "African Tarantella... Dances with Duke."
Evenings of Dance is an annual dance concert featuring the choreography of professional artists, directed by Susan Levine. Included in this year’s shows will be the work of Jeff Curtis, formerly of Schapero & Smith, Ruth Davidson Hahn, a founding member of the Mark Morris Dance Group & Paul Besaw, head of the dance program at the University of Vermont. Levine will also be presenting work that was originally created in collaboration with music theorist Gretchen Foley, that premiered in Baltimore, MD at the Society of Music Theory. All works are performed by gifted UNL dance majors & minors.

Enter Tom's friend the policeman, his literary agent, and a rather grim police inspector who further complicates the matter. It seems that no woman may enter the house without rapidly becoming deceased. Now, what to do with the bodies. A black farce in the true British style!
