Dr. Cathy Trower, research director, Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, is the presenter. Dr. Trower’s research includes women in science, faculty recruitment and retention strategies, tenure policy and practice, and the values and expectations of GenX faculty. A buffet lunch will be held at 11:30 a.m. followed by the workshop at noon.
