This full-day workshop is designed to provide training for paraprofessional support staff and supervisory
professionals (certified staff) who are working with children with autism and related disabilities. The
focus will be on collaboration and defining roles and responsibilities. The first 10 teams (supervising
teacher and paraprofessional/s) registering will receive a copy of The Paraprofessional’s Guide to the
Inclusive Classroom Working as a Team, Second Edition.
Limited Registration: This workshop registration is for teams of a paraprofessional(s) and their
cooperating teacher(s). Late registrations will not be accepted.

Faculty/Staff participating in the Husker Challenge can recieve a FREE Post-fitness assessment at designated times below (only). The fitness assessment will take approximately 20 minutes and includes: 3-min step test, 1-min situp test, push-up test, and flexibility test. By attending, you will recieve the Husker Challenge t-shirt, points for final week, and a form to record your results. Fitness assessments will be held in 1/2 hour increments between 11 am-1 pm:(i.e.)11:00-11:30, 11:30-12:00, 12:00-12:30, and 12:30-1:00.
