Great Plains landscape and wildlife photographer Michael Forsberg discusses the making of his new book Great Plains - America's Linger Wild. Using the current exhibition Altered Land, Photography in the 1970s as a backdrop, Forsberg will show the remnants of lingering wildness and beauty on Great Plains despite its state as a highly altered landscape with center pivots, dust storms, ghosts of lost playas, encroaching urbanization and plowed fields.
