The Launch Your Pre-Harvest Marketing Plan workshop will examine the key elements of a solid marketing plan, and how crop insurance, target prices and decision dates work together to help secure a good average price for their crop. Producers will write their own marketing plan then implement it in a realistic market-simulation game.
TEAMS is a day-long competition for high school students, with engineering challenges showing how science and math principles, along with creativity and innovation, are applied in the real world of engineering.
Ninety locations across the country host more than 14,000 students for the competition. This year, the competition will tap into the excitement of theme Parks, with students discovering behind-the-scenes challenges involved in conducting adventures for all ages.
