Nationally known professional speaker, trainer, singer and songwriter, Kim Ratz, will present UNOPA’s Fall Workshop. This full-day program will provide tips and tools for improving skills in the areas of communication, relationships, team building, leadership and customer service. Cost is $35 for UNOPA and UAAD members; $40 for nonmembers. Lunch is included.
