DESCRIPTION:The UNL College of Engineering's Durham School of Architectura
 l Engineering and Construction hosts this annual workshop fostering colla
 boration between industry and education. \n\nThe 2010 event’s focus is 
 on green initiatives and how industry and education institutions play a k
 ey role in impacting sustainable living.\n\nREGISTER (FREE) BY APRIL 16. 
 \n\nPOSTER COMPETITION is open to students of the Durham School, Metropol
 itan Community College, Omaha North High School, and the Omaha Joint Elec
 trical Apprenticeship and Training Committee.\nThe posters will focus on 
 science/engineering and sustainability. Participating students can showca
 se their creative activities and/or research projects in the field of sus
 tainability, green and renewable systems design, development and applicat
 ions.\n\nThe top three posters will be awarded monetary prizes: 1st Place
  - $250, 2nd and 3rd Place - $125.\n\nPosters will be presented during th
 e second day of the workshop series and will be judged by a chosen commit
 tee. All poster entries must be received by Monday, April 26, 2010 and ca
