Additionally, assess and set goals for your personal health with UHC and Wellness prior to the meeting.
7:30-8:30 am - Wellness Assessments:
1. Blood Profile- $20 or submit BCBS form (Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides,hemoglobin, and fasting glucose- do not eat or drink anything before you come in);
2. BMI and Waist Circumference (privacy screen will be used);
3. Blood Pressure.
Everyone will have the opportunity to create wellness goals based on results.
Participants who do all three assessments receive a free pedometer. If you have completed the full assessment within the last 3 months, bring in your numbers to receive a free pedometer).

Dozens of quilts will be shown, from simple cartoon figures to complex portraits of pets, flowers and people. Quilts by this nationally known artist will show that portraits can be whimsical, life-like, pretty or funny. But most of all—personal.
