Jacob W. Kijne, Director of Research (retired) of the International Water Management Institute, will address questions on water conflicts and review incentives to cooperate rather than dispute. The talk also will outline the process of water conflict management and the possible role of third-party mediation and arbitration. The seminar is free and open to the public.
