AnthroGroup will be holding its first informational meeting this Thursday evening, September 27 in Oldfather 827 at 5:30 p.m. We will have information on a few upcoming events and will talk about the AnthroGroup Conference, as well as opportunities to get involved.
AnthroGroup welcomes all students interested in anthropology and archeology whether they are majors or not! We want students who have all interests including biological/physical, linguistics, cultural and archeological.
This group will sponsor guest lectures, student events, opportunities to do hands-on activities and just meet some other people in the field. If you have seen Bones, Indiana Jones or The Mummy and you absolutely love them, you should come to the meeting.
If students or faculty have heard of other events, talks, expos etc. that may be of interest to students, we would love to hear them.
