Julie McQuillan (Chair of Sociology Department, UNL) and Karina Shreffler (Assoc. Professor in Dept. of Human Development & Family Science at OSU) will explore if sterilization is still more common and more consequential among Black, Latina, and native American women, compared to White women in the US--and if patterns are the same for all marginalized groups.
