Dr. Chitta Das -- Assistant Professor-Biochemistry, Department of Chemistry, Purdue University, will present a seminar titled "Regulation of Catalytic Activity of Deubiquitinating Enzymes" on Tues. Nov. 27 at 4 p.m.
Das studies structure and mechanism of a novel group of enzymes called deubiquitinases that make ubiquitination a reversible process. The structural knowledge can be used for structure based inhibitor design with potential application in development of therapeutics.
A lecture by Jorge Daniel Veneciano, Director, Sheldon Museum of Art in conjunction with the exhibition "The Geometric Unconscious: A Century of Abstraction."

Under school supervision, a group of pre-teen boys and girls are busy picking hops. Romance ensues between one of the boys and girls. The romance leads to school suspension for the couple.
Faculty artist, Diane Barger will give a clarinet recital on Tuesday, Nov 27 at 7:30 pm in Kimball Recital Hall. This event is FREE and open to the public.
