The Office of Research and Economic Development will host two one-hour informational sessions to help UNL applicants familiarize themselves with changes in the National Science Foundation’s new Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide, especially the Grant Proposal Guide. New procedures will apply to all NSF proposals due on or after Jan. 14, 2013.

Topics of discussion will include format changes for the Project Summary, new requirements for the Project Description, and other major changes to ensure compliant development of competitive applications. Representatives from the Office of Proposal Development and the Office of Sponsored Programs will be present to answer questions.

Registration for this event is not required. Faculty and staff who work with the development and submission of NSF proposals are encouraged to attend.
