Kelly D. Norris, an up and coming horticulturist and plantsman from Iowa, will deliver the UNL Garden Friends annual lecture beginning at 2 p.m. April 1 in the Nebraska Union Auditorium. The lecture, open to the public, costs $5 per person but is free for members of UNL Garden Friends.
Faculty artist David Neely will give a violin recital on Sunday, April 1 at 3:00 pm in Kimball Recital Hall. This event is FREE and open to the public.
Dramatic and provocative, Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet will seduce audiences with classical ballet’s telling of the most infamous cabaret in history. The Moulin Rouge was a place for the working-class, a haven for women of the night and the birthplace of the can-can. Kick off your April 2012 in Paris.
The April Fool's Day concert is CANCELLED. (No, this is not a joke.)
Hold on to your funny bone! Members of the School of Music faculty let their hair down in this annual crowd-pleaser concert. You never know what will happen. Just plan on having a good time.
Sunday, April 1 at 7:30 pm in Kimball Recital Hall. This is a fundraiser for Pi Kappa Lambda so a $3 donation is suggested.
