The College of Business Administration will host this Dream Big diversity academy for high school juniors expected to graduate in 2013. Students must be nominated by their teachers to attend.

*Learn about opportunities at UNL
*Engage in UNL and community events – trivia competition, pizza party, and tour of area businesses
*Stay in UNL residence hall with a meal plan provided (once selected no cost to attend)
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln Cornhusker Summer Marching Band Camp fosters leadership and performance skills in all areas of the high school marching band. Participants receive intensive instruction from clinicians on an individual and group basis. The age range of campers is students entering the 9th grade through leaving 12th grade. Campers choose one of five instruction clinics: drum majors, leadership (section & rank leaders), marching fundamentals, percussion and color guard.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln Middle School Band Camp is designed for concert band students entering the 6th grade through the end of the 8th grade. Students must have completed at least one year of instrumental music instruction and be able to read music. Instruction targets the students at their current performance level creating a fun and exciting musical experience.
Each camper will play in the concert band, and will participate in classes devoted to music theory and composition, instrumental techniques, and improvisation.
