The Clayton Yeutter International Trade Program is presenting a series of six visiting scholars during the 2012-13 school year. Clayton Yeutter has a distinguished history in international trade including serving as U.S. Trade Representative from 1985-88. America negotiated the U.S.-Canada Free Trade Agreement during his tenure, a precursor to NAFTA.
