The University Police department along with EAP will be hosting a free training seminar called “Conflict De-escalation”. This session will help you in dealing with conflict without being “Handcuffed” by your own reactions. You will hear tips on how to handle stressful situations and dealing with irate persons. This session will be hosted at the City Union on March 21st from 12:00p to 1:00p, the room will be posted on kiosks at the entrances. Feel free to bring your lunch.
