Go to the UHC lab and have a Wellness Profiles drawn. The profiles includes total cholesterol (both LDL and HDL), triglycerides, hemoglobin, and glucose. Wellness Wednesday (first Wednesday of the month at UHC lab and second Wednesday at East Campus Union Room 316) is a good opportunity to know your numbers. It is recommended you fast 8-10 hours prior to the test in order to have a more accurate reading.

Wellness Profiles are available to UNL students for $20 and faculty and staff at $25.
11:30 am-1:00 pmClayton Yeutter International Trade Program Visiting Scholar COLLEGE of BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The Clayton Yeutter International Trade Program is presenting a series of six visiting scholars during the 2012-13 school year. Clayton Yeutter has a distinguished history in international trade including serving as U.S. Trade Representative from 1985-88. America negotiated the U.S.-Canada Free Trade Agreement during his tenure, a precursor to NAFTA.

The event is free and open to the general public.

The Nebraska Water Center, a part of the Daugherty Water for Food Institute, is hosting George Huffman from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to speak on the topic "Global Precipitation in the 21st Century."

This is the Williams Memorial Lecture.

“Using the iPlant cyberinfrastructure to explore the potential connection between heterosis, cellular aging, and intracellular protein metabolism,” will be presented by Stephen Goff, University of Arizona. A reception will be held at 3:30 p.m. The event is open to the public.
