University Theatre presents “Medea” by Euripedes (translated by Diane Arnson Svarlien). Directed by Laura Lippman.

“Medea” is one of the most powerful and enduring of the Greek tragedies and centers on the myth of Jason of the Argonauts and his wife, Medea, who pursues vengeance for her husband’s betrayal.

Tickets are available from the Lied Center Ticket Office, 301 N. 12th, Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or at 402-472-4747, and one hour prior to curtain in the Temple Lobby. Tickets are $16, $14 faculty/staff and senior citizens, and $10 students. Tickets are also available on-line at http://carsonschool.unl.edu.
