DESCRIPTION:Would you like to get up close and personal with llamas and al
 pacas?  Would you like to learn what their fiber is good for and how to w
 ork with it? Have you ever seen a Paco Vicuna?\n\nThe Nebraska Llama Asso
 ciation (NLA) and the Rocky Mountain Llama Association (RMLA) are providi
 ng such an opportunity at Llama Camp, July 5 & 6 at Waco, Nebraska. Llama
 s bring many different pleasures to many people. They are used for backpa
 cking, for pets, for fiber production, for pulling carts. This camp will 
 offer the opportunity to learn about fiber arts and crafts while interact
 ing with some of the world’s gentlest creatures. Discover yourself and 
 the wonderful world of llamas and alpacas with members of the NLA and the
  animals  at Bucks Hollow Ranch.\n\nDay 1 starts at 9:00 a.m. with an int
 roduction to different types of fibers. The morning’s fiber project wil
 l be making felted eggs. The afternoon’s fiber project will be learning
  how to\ndye the wool. In addition there will be hand’s on animal handl
 ing and education.\n\nDay 2 starts at 9:00 a.m. The morning’s activity 
 will be a trail walk (with a llama or alpaca) along with various demonstr
 ations, such as\nlearning about llama packs and packing. The afternoon’
 s fiber activity will be making a felted picture frame.\n\nDownload the b
