Deborah Zlotsky and Ebony Patterson are the jurors for the 2015 Nebraska National Undergraduate Juried Art Exhibition, which opens this Friday, September 4 in Eisentrager Howard Gallery. Each artist will present a 30-minute talk about their work followed by 20 minutes of questions and answers.

Deborah Zlotsky is a 2012 recipient of a New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship in painting and is represented by Kathryn Markel Fine Arts in New York. She received a BA in art history from Yale University and an MFA in painting and drawing from the University of Connecticut. She teaches at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Ebony G. Patterson is the recipient of many prestigious fellowships, awards and grants, including Musgrave Medal from the Institute of Jamaica (2012), Small Axe Magazine and Andy Warhol Commissioned Grant (2012), and Rex Nettleford Fellowship in Cultural Studies (2011). Patterson is an associate professor in painting and mixed media at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
