DESCRIPTION:We listened to the feedback that was received from attendees d
 uring the summer seminars to identify topics of interest for the fall and
  winter seminars series.  Employee issues seemed to be the topics of inte
 rest, from how to manage people and work with different personalities to 
 legal issues related to employees.  The business seminars are beneficial 
 for all levels of employers and employees.  The seminars are interactive 
 so attendees also learn from each other about how they have addressed dif
 ferent situations.\n\nWe will also be offering additional business semina
 rs during the 2013 Nebraska GREAT PLAINS Conference on February 18-19 at 
 the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln.\n\nOctober 17, Managing People\nPresente
 r Bob Bauerle, Nebraska Golf and Turf, was a founder of Leadership Resour
 ces and has offered leadership education sessions since he retired as a h
 igh school football coach in 1984.  He understands the many aspects of th
 e horticulture industry and its challenges.\n\nNovember 14 Alphabet Soup.
