To mark the beginning of an inaugural partnership between Brazilian and Nebraska researchers, the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools welcomes Dr. Ricardo Paes de Barros to campus for a presentation on “The status of early childhood development in Brazil and its progress over the past decade: Programs, outcomes, and legislation.”

Dr. Barros is a leading Brazilian economist, whose research and political service continues to influence Brazil’s early childhood policies.
