Eureka! 2015 is a two-day event designed to engage Nebraska Extension professionals with UNO and UNMC research and creativity activities for the purpose of:
• Gathering the campus community in robust conversation around the concept of an engaged university for all Nebraskans,
• Fostering collaboration between Nebraska Extension professionals and the research and creative works of UNO and UNMC faculty,
• Expanding Extension professionals’ capacity for engaging in translational, high-impact research for Nebraskans, and which align with Extension’s strategic objectives,
• Encouraging new working relationships that advance University of Nebraska research and creative impact.
The general and research and creative work experience sessions have been set for the UNO Campus on March 17 and 18. These sessions will allow extension professionals from across the state to visit in small groups with UNO and UNMC faculty about their research and creative works in variety of settings.
