DESCRIPTION:Nearly 500 fourth graders from Lincoln area schools attend the
  annual Ag Awareness Festival to gain a greater understanding of agricult
 ure and how it impacts their daily lives. \n\nStudents rotate between sev
 eral interactive stations.\n\nThe Ag Awareness Coalition, led by Universi
 ty of Nebraska–Lincoln Extension, organizes the festival with the help 
 of agriculture businesses, commodity associations, and food industry comp
 anies.
