  old enough for State. Plus, you can compete for prizes in a Hippology Co

 s time, he will be able to do a little teaching/comments at the end of th
 e classes. Stay and watch the Juniors and Seniors participate in Reining,
  Poles and Barrels.\n\nThere will be a one time office charge of $5 and a
  $3 charge per class. Proceeds support the Horse 4-H Program in Lancaster

SUMMARY:WHEP Camp- CANCELLED FOR THIS YEAR
DESCRIPTION:The Wildlife Habitat Evaluation Program (WHEP) is a fun and ch
 allenging outdoor adventure where youth, age 8-18, learn about wildlife, 
 conservation and management.  Guided by wildlife handbooks specially desi
 gned for young people, volunteer leaders help youth learn about the needs
  of wildlife.  The junior (age 12-13) and senior (age 14-18) division you
 th then compete at a state contest in teams (individual participation pos
 sible).  The novice group (age 8-11) does not compete at the state contes
 t, but learns about wildlife through fun educational activities and games
 .  We have several young people who are preparing for this camp by practi
 cing every Thursday.  If you have any questions about being a part of thi
 s group, please call the Extension Office at 694-6174.
