9:00 am-2:30 pmCompanion Animal Science and Wildlife Career Day East Campus
UNL's Department of Animal Science and the School of Natural Resources invites high school participants to a hands on day to learn about careers and college programs related to companion animals and wildlife.

Teachers are welcome to bring a class or group of students or provide information to individual students wishing to come for the day.

Two Career Day events will be held, on October 3rd, and December 5th on UNL's East Campus from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Program Highlights:

* CAREER PANEL with representatives from a zoo, pet food company, & the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission

* STUDENT PANELS learn about cool internships and careers of current students

* EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS about animal anatomy and physiology, animal reproduction, and wildlife ecology sessions

Space is limited to 50 participants for each session so sign up today! Lunch is provided and the whole event is free!
