6:00 pm May 21stFelting - Clover College Seward County Ag Pavilion
What happens when you take wool and wet it, add soap to it, roll it, throw it or punch it with needles? Felt! Discover the fun of felting! During this Clover College youth will create a colorful felt container through the wet felting method. Youth will learn about wool fibers and the animals that produce them!
$5 per 4-H’er
What to bring:
~ dishpan
~ a few towels
~ rolling pin
~old washboard or bamboo shades (if you have them)

Calling all advanced chefs!
Learn about safe food handling.
Practice preparing for a meal.
Cook & eat a full meal with all participants!
This is a Level 3 curriculum. Beginning chefs are encouraged to attend the Six Easy Bites Clover College.
$10 per 4-H’er

12:00 pm May 28th Sewing for Fun - Clover College 4-H Cottage
4-H’ers will complete a pillow case and table runner.
If you have a sewing machine and/or sewing basket, please bring it. We will have material available for you, but if there is a specific pattern you want, you are encouraged to bring it.

6:30 pm Jun 3rdShowing & Grooming Large Animal - Clover College Seward Livestock Center
No matter if you are a beginner or advanced showman, this series will be a great time to learn about nutrition and practice showmanship skills with your animal for the fair!
Youth are encouraged , but not required, to bring their own animal to practice with.
$5 per 4-H’er includes all 3 sessions.

You’ll enjoy learning to work with hand tools as you construct a really cool wood product!
You will need to bring the following wood tools with you:
Hammer
Phillips and
standard
screwdriver
Pliers
Tape measure
Lead pencil
Square
Wood and
hardware provided

We would like to invite your child to participate in a session of hands-on learning experiences at the “Tropical Nights & Carnival Lights” 4-H Day Camp. The Day Camp focuses on exploring water, aquatic life, and motion activities.
Day Camp is hosted by the Jr. Leaders. The Jr. Leaders are teen leaders who are learning leadership skills by encouraging youth and actively supporting their community.
You may register by sending in or dropping off your registration and fee by Monday, May 20. We are limited to the # of registrants for each Day Camp session, so send in your registration/fee today!
