| Description: | An EPA final rule that clarified that Large CAFOs are not exempt from the requirement to report air emissions under the Emergency Response and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) which went into effect on January 20, 2009. Smaller animal feeding operations and pasture- or range-based operations were exempted from this requirement in the ruling. To help you determine if you are required to report and how to proceed with reporting, webinars are available. To participate you will need an internet connection, web browser, and computer speakers (for audio).
