These fees cover instruction, handout materials, meeting room costs, refreshment breaks, Saturday continental breakfast and most meals. The program falls on two weekends: December 11 & 12, 2009 and January 8 & 9, 2010. Registration received after November 24th, 2009 will be charged an additional $25.00.
