NanoDays is part of a nationwide festival of educational programs about nanoscale science and engineering sponsored by the NISE Net program. In Nebraska, NanoDays is sponsored by the Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience (NCMN) and the Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (MRSEC). Attendees can visit over ten interactive demonstrations and talk with nanoscientists.

Prizes will be given to the first 100 students who visit all of the demos and a nanoscience prize for the elementary and middle school with the most students at the event.
