The UNL viola students and viola faculty are hosting “The Viola Bash!”, a clinic for viola players of all ages on Saturday, Apr. 8 from 1:00 to 5:00 in Westbrook Music Building on the campus of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. The experience will include learning stations where students can get help with reading treble clef, vibrato, spiccato bowing, scales, intonation, sound production and more, play rhythm games and generally have an all-around good time while realizing they are not alone!

The day will culminate with a 4:00 performance in WMB 119 featuring students and faculty of UNL, with a special guest appearance by the violists of the Lincoln Symphony! Then all clinic participants will collaborate on a performance of a piece tutti!
