The Gilded Swine specializes in sausage and brats that are innovative and locally sourced. Established in 2016 by husband and wife duo, Brandon and Becca Fowler, The Gilded Swine offers catering, tail gating, lunch, and private dining services. You’ll find their food cart under the skywalk, between the NIC Conference Center and the Food Innovation Center.
