Lance C. Perez and Presentacion Rivera, Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, will present a seminar titled: “Measuring the Cognitive Demand of Problems in an Undergraduate Electrical Engineering Course.” This presentation describes a method to assess the cognitive demand of problems posed in undergraduate electrical engineering courses. This analysis is part of a larger study to examine the gap between the cognitive demand of problems and the cognitive supply of the students attempting to solve them.

A simultaneous teleconference of this seminar will be available in 202 Hardin Hall on East Campus. Please contact at least one day in advance of the seminar if you wish to participate in the teleconference.
