All group fitness, Pilates and yoga classes at the Campus Rec Center and Rec & Wellness Center are free Jan. 8-14, 2018. 70+ classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Cycling, Aqua, Barre, Yoga, Meditation and Pilates.
