The Cedric Evans Memorial Lecture will feature Charles Mills, professor of philosophy at City University of New York.

The talk, “Liberalism and Racial Justice,” is at 4:00 p.m. Dec. 18 in the Nebraska Union Colonial Room A and B. It is free and open to the public.

Mills’ research examines oppositional political theory with a focus on class, gender and race. The talk is sponsored by the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Department of Philosophy and the Cedric Armitage Evans Lectureship Fund.
