The Cedric Evans Memorial Lecture will feature Charles Mills, professor of philosophy at City University of New York. His talk, “Liberalism and Racial Justice,” is at 4:00 p.m. Jan. 18 in the Nebraska Union Colonial Room A and B. It is free and open to the public.
