Join us at 1 Million Cups Lincoln to hear from Nebraska Innovation Studio! Nebraska Innovation Studio is the makerspace at Nebraska Innovation Campus. NIS is a space where creators of all sorts can innovate, collaborate and fabricate. The studio features woodworking, CO2 lasers, 3D printers, a computer-guided router, ceramics, electronics, screen printing, and more. Anyone (over 12) can become a member for a low-monthly fee, and training on all the equipment is free. NIS hosts several UNL classes, including one making a permanent exhibit for the Nebraska Center for Virology on East Campus. The studio is collaborating locally with the Lincoln Children’s Museum, the Veterans Administration, and the non-profit Beyond School Bells. Nebraska Innovation Studio is also supporting a federal grant sending mobile makerspaces to libraries in small towns across Nebraska.

1 Million Cups Lincoln is a weekly event for local entrepreneurs to meet and present their startups to the thriving peer network of founders in Lincoln. The coffee is highly encouraged. This event is free and open to the public.
