William N. Evans, Keough-Hesburgh Professor of Economics and the chair of the Department of Economics at the University of Notre Dame, will present “Guns and Violence: The Enduring Legacy of Crack Cocaine Markets” as part of the Nebraska Economics Spring Seminar Series.

Evans holds a PhD from Duke University. His principle research interests are in applied microeconomics and he has worked on topics in labor economics, the economics of education, public finance, industrial organization, and health economics.
